การจัดงาน Thailand 5S Award นี้ สมาคมฯ ได้จัดเวทีแข่งขันให้กับองค์การที่ดำเนินกิจกรรม 5ส เพื่อรับรางวัลจากการประกวด Thailand 5S Award และเพื่อการพัฒนาจากรากฐานไปสู่ความสำเร็จ โดยอาศัยเกณฑ์รางวัลเป็นแรงผลักดัน
Welcome to Thailand 5S Award
5S is the activity aims to support organizations on safety and standard in order to increase productivity by having employee discipline and increasing quality and work effectiveness lead to customer trust. 5S also supports on resource saving, pollution and waste reduction of work process, and skill management on manufacturing leads to high level management such as TPM, TQM and other quality systems.
In order to have the 5S activity in an accurate direction and lead to international standard by having comparison between organizations and exchanging 5S experiences to receive Thailand 5S Award,
Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) would like to invite organizations that perform 5S activity for 2 consecutive years submitting the work of 5S in Thailand 5S Award event in order to measure the work of 5S evidently.
Background of Thailand 5S Award
5S activity aims to support organizations on safety, standard, and hygienic condition in order to increase work efficiency and effectiveness lead to customer trust on quality. 5S also supports on resource saving, pollution and waste reduction of work process which lead to positive environmental effect, and skill management on manufacturing leads to high level management such as TPM and TQM. In order to have the 5S activity in an accurate direction and lead to international standard, we need to have 5S comparison between organizations to exchange knowledge and experiences.
In Thailand 5S Award event, TPA has a stage for 5S activity contest so that organizations can receive the awards from the event. Thailand 5S Award supports on basis development to success by having the award as inspiration.
Thailand 5S Awardの背景
5S自体による効果は職場環境の美化、従業員のモラル向上などが挙げられる。5Sの徹底により得られる間接的な効果として、業務の効率化、不具合流出の未然防止、職場の安全性向上などが挙げられます。また、品質の高い作業をし続けることで、お客様の信頼を得ています。余分なものを減らすことによりコストを削減します。他のシステムとTPMとTQMに関連するシステムです。ですから、ソーソートーは5Sについて経験の交換するためThailand 5S Awardを行います。今回のThailand 5S Award活動に参加し、2年以上5Sを継続している企業を招待します。
